Honey's panicking about the pregnancy test being positive and has hidden it in her make-up bag and her heart skips a beat when she sees Billy sifting through it to find a pair of scissors.
Mickey sees Honey leave the surgery and asks if everything is OK with her. She claims that Janet has had some injections. Honey admits to Pat that she's scared about being pregnant again and doesn't want to jeopardize her relationship with Billy.
Later, Honey comes clean to Billy about being pregnant but is devastated by his reaction to the news.

My only guess is they're so skint they can't afford a skin!
