EE: Dawns' desperate bid (spoilers)

Post by carmelina »

From Closer magazine

"Sprawled on the bathroom floor with an empty vodka bottle lying next to her, this is the moment Eastenders pregnant Dawn tries to end it all. Viewers will see Dawn, who's reluctantly agreed to be a surrogate mum, hit an all-time low.
Our insider says: "Dawn is distraught when she realises just how much she's been manipulated by the surrogate parents Rob and May. She can't see any way out"
The dramatic scenes will be shown later this month."

Can't say I'm surprised at all by this storyline. It's pretty much what I expected of Dawn.

Rob feels the strain when Dawn demands to know when he’s moving in with her, and May has a go at him for his guilty conscience. Rob can’t deal with the stress any more and tells a devastated Dawn that he’s finishing with her.

Dawn storms over to see May and accuses her of splitting her and Rob up. May reveals that she knew about the affair all along and it was part of a plot to get their hands on her baby. Dawn is distraught and when she realises it’s too late to have an abortion, she decides to end the pregnancy herself.

Nope, methinks you're right....a streak of red there. So...I'm guessing this is coming up soon then.

Fully agree - these storylines are a bit painful to watch! And a bit too predictable me thinks!

Amen! I saw the Max and Stacey storyline a mile away and the Rob and Dawn one is not only predictable but so bloody stupid!

Thank God the end of this storyline is finally in sight. I can't stand any of the 3.
