Stella promises to back up Ben if he stands up to the bullies after school. A brave Ben kicks one of the bullies but he gets a pasting from the others while a cruel Stella looks on....
Bullying started today. Poor Ben wee'd all over himself.
Stella is going off the deep end but I'm honestly loving it. It made me laugh out loud when she plonked his hearing aid into the drink and then said "Little freak"
I hate this storyline, even though it is a good one, but watching it makes my skin crawl. How much more can they do to this kid, he's partially deaf, wears glasses, his mum and stepdad just died, he lives with PHIL and now he has Stella terrorizing him along with the kids at school. I know he's been a real prat since coming to the Square but he is just a kid.
He is just a kid and honestly I have started to feel bad for him. For me, it is just storyline and it's being doing pretty good. So I'm not complaining and it's much better then the Stacy and Max or Dawn pregnant storylines.
Watching this storyline makes my skin crawl.....even though it's just "acting", it's still hard to watch a child being abused. But on the plus side, this may bring positive attention to this issue and some victims may be prompted to seek help.
