The Conspiracy Files

Post by Sheffman »

... not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but tonights programme on BBC2 'The Conspiracy Files' could be interesting, this one's called '9/11'. Others planned are 'Dr David Kelly', 'The Oklahoma Bomb' and 'How Diana Died' There are also plans for an extra one named 'If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it’s probably a duck' but I don't think this one will be as popular ... :)

haha, good one

I'll be watching (and capping) the show for sure. I'll probably upload it to Guba for the best coverage.

well I've just finished watching and I know there's going to be a whole lot of conspiracy maniacs proclaiming this is the work of Mossad or the CIA or something. But it was quite interesting all the same and they do state that there was a major government conspiracy regarding the case...

it's uploading to guba now, but that takes a good few hours to process so it'll probably not be ready until the morning.

Nice one Luke. Alex Jones didn't sound good, believing his own hype too much I think. When he puts on that stupid voice, he loses cred for me.

Thanks for the upload Luke, very entertaining.

Seems Alex Jones was getting very aggressive towards producer Guy Smith at times, maybe he thought the 'Alex Jones Conspiracy Empire' might be under threat.
Let's face it, the 9/11 'industry' will roll on and on, you only have to Google it to see how many web pages there are perpetuating the conspiracy, I'm sure Alex Jones will do very nicely from it.
Mind you, I do find the CIA & Pakistan ISI claims very interesting, Guy Smith mentions it's a subject he might be pursuing, ...hmmm!

I collect audio/visual content which deals with the 9-11 conspiracy or the event itself.

But, to tell yuh the truth, I can't watch them. It's beyond my comprehension. I'm not a building specialist. I know when a dish falls out of my cupboard, it hits the floor and sometimes shatters into several pieces .... and that is all I know for sure!

It's the same with that guy David Icke ....

I collect all his stuff too and never watched any of them. I have a neighbour who adores this Icke guy .... and one day she stopped me in the front yard to converse about "replicating". I was so embarassed that another neighbour might hear us talking and begin to think that I believed this trip.

I just can't let my imagination go that far. Perhaps that is why I don't read science fiction or never watched Star Trek as a kid. As a kid, I watched Lassie. I could handle watching a story about a dog with four legs .... but this guy Icke talks about reptiles having 2 legs and it sort of flips me out.

I've been watching this sort of stuff since I followed a link in 2003 I think, that put me on the French site that asked "How can a boeing 757 fit into a 16 foot hole" - or something like that, referring to the pentagon strike. Slowly slowly a lot of people started to ask these questions too, and many more on top.

that this has become such a large issue, that it is so large that the BBC has to tell lies about it, that it is too big for the New York Times amongst others, must give credence to it.

After watching numerous videos on the web, reading a lot of stuff too, I have no doubt at all that the Whitehouse were complicit.

the thing that I find offensive about the mainstream media is that they say on the one hand that they are unbiased, and say on the other that those who do not hold the official view are unpatriotic in the case of the US citizens, or plain mad if one comes from anywhere else.

I would say that the patriotic ones in the US are those who ask questions of a very questionable admin, and the mad ones are those who take the BBC's view as that of a bible for a born again christian.

I did think that when 10% of New Yorkers were asking the sort of questions that I was asking four years ago, something would have to give. An October 2006 New York Times and CBS news poll showed that 28 percent believe members of the Bush Administration are mostly lying about "what they knew prior to September 11th, 2001, about possible terrorist attacks against the United States."

And still we get the same old tired garbage.

When GG is asked about it his stock reply is "Where did flight 93 go then"? And if the caller doesn't give an answer he's cut off. 'Course there is no answer. No one can explain this as well as no one can explain how 3 of the largest buildings in the world fall directly into their footprint without the aid of professional demolition teams. If that were the case why then do people pay demolition teams huge amounts of money, to do what an explosion high up the building, anywhere'll do, just so long as it's up, and a relatively small fire. Doesn't matter if the fire is of petrol or diesel, just so long as it's where the collision took place. It's shite, and the BBC et al expect us to take it. Well I don't.

As a PS, the next PM of the UK might well ask those questions. I'm not talking of G Brown, but of M Meacher, who does ask questions, and who threw his hat into the Noo Labor leadership battle yesterday.

i doubt meacher will make it, i'd love him to, but just from the coverage yesterday by the media, everything they did, everything they covered about him, was used to try and discredit him, downplay him, diminish everythings he done or stood for - it was really bad, just what i expect from the media really

and i don't think theres enough labour people with spines, like galloway says, to make it happen
