Schools shut as Batman 'spotted'

Three Arizona schools were closed off after a student reported seeing a person dressed as Batman running across the campus.
The middle school student in north Phoenix reported seeing the costumed figure jumping over a fence and disappearing into the desert. A high school and elementary school were also closed after the report.
Police searched the area around the school but could not find the intruder. A force spokesman said: "It's just one of those interesting little stories that we looked into but we couldn't find anyone."
