Chocolate

Post by Skylace »

I  chocolate. Especially dark. I have eaten chocolate that comes from every continent (excluding Antarctica). I mean, nobody knows the truffles I've seen!

I wanted to start this section up to share great recipes, ideas for chocolate, and fun facts about chocolate. :agree:

Fun Fact:
The largest chocolate bar ever made weighed 5,026 lbs and was exhibited by Elah-Dufou United Food Companies at the Eurochocolate Festival in Turin, Italy, in March 2000.

I'm going to find my fudge recipe to post on here later. It always goes fast at parties and the lounge.

Yum! I like chocolate too but try to limit it because of my headaches. I prefer milk chocolate over dark. And I love chocolate with a mild mint flavour. There's a place about 45 min away from here that are famous for their "Mint Smoothies" (of course, their other choc's a great too)....... I might just have to go for a drive!!!!

Chocolate contains phenylethylamine, an amino acid that has aphrodisiacal properties and is also good for helping to ease a hangover.
