I liked the Free running in the last BOND movie....

My kids wanted to join a free running club, the eldest attended 2 classes after school, to my mind it was too much for their age.

A lil' FYI, this "sport" was started by the French, is huge in the UK now & has spread to the states & other major world cities.
It's based on a section of a French military manual.

that's interesting, imagine a future when this is normal for urban kids.

It is very good, not only for running away from coppers, to do this you need discipline. Might also turn them on to old Gene Kelly and Fred Astair flims.
