In the Lyons den

OUTRAGEOUS celeb photographer Darryn Lyons is set to go into the Celeb BB house.

He is due to move in the next 48 hours to shake things up.

And he will be joined by young American actor Alexis Arquette.

Alexis, 37 – born Robert – is Friends actress 42-year-old Courteney Cox’s brother-in-law – now her sister-in-law.

The pair were due to enter the house on Wednesday but the stunt was delayed because of the brewing race row.

TV bosses are set to send them in once tonight’s eviction is out of the way, hoping their shock arrival will end the bitter divide.

A source said: “It’s going to shake it up as the celebs won’t take kindly to two more swanning in for the final week trying to steal the crown.”

Aussie Darryn launched his photgraphic career Down Under.

He moved to London in 1987 to establish himself with the national tabloids as a war correspondent. He has since made his name as one of the UK’s top paparazzi, targeting A-List celebs at his BigPictures agency.

But Darryn, 40, has no time for whingeing stars and says: “When these people have sold their soul to magazines they can’t say: ‘Boys, turn off your cameras, we need our privacy.’ ”

Alexis Arquette is going to be a complete nightmare. She's got an attitude from hell, and that's going to prove really interesting. She's almost close in attitude to Pete Burns from what I've seen in the past. This is going to be a sheer delight :o

Danielle given race warning

Image

DANIELLE Lloyd was warned “don’t be racist” by her agent before Celebrity Big Brother.

Thousands of viewers have complained about the treatment of Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty by Danielle, 23 — lover of soccer star Teddy Sheringham — and Jade Goody. The pair told Shilpa to “f*** off home” and have “a day in the slums”.

Ex-Miss England Danielle — who last night lost a six-figure modelling contract over the row — also backed Jade when she hurled a tirade of insults at Shilpa.

She said: “That was f***ing fantastic. I think she should f*** off home.”

But before she went on the show her agent Angela de Fouw sent her an email listing “Do’s and Don’ts”. Part of it read:

DO’S:

1. Be yourself - natural, down to earth, if you’ve got something to say, say it to someone’s face.

2. Join in when asked to do tasks, get your hands dirty (not literally!). Show you’re game for a laugh.

3. Introduce yourself when you go in, Hi, I’m Danielle Lloyd, you may know me from the beauty pageant world etc.... Some may not know who you are.
*

4. Be interested in others. Show you want to find out about them. But do it naturally, of course.

5. It mustn’t seem forced or artificial but try to include a comment about something that’s newsworthy each day. Those comments might make the papers.

6. Be kind. For example, if someone’s being bullied and you don’t agree, stick up for him or her. Be a mate!

7. Remember how I’m A Celeb changed people’s perception of Jordan.

DON’TS:

1. Don’t whisper - your mic will pick it up. If your face is on screen, TV crew will lipread. If you think you’ll regret saying/doing something, don’t say/do it.

2. Don’t get stuck with the glamour girls (if there are any), they’ll encourage you to be bitchy maybe. Show there’s much more to you than a face and body.

3. Don’t be racist — show you’re bigger than that. If you have a strong opinion about something give your reasons for it.

4. Don’t put yourself in situations where it looks like you’re flirting with men. That links in with your morals.

5. Don’t talk about Teddy all the time, people will get bored.

6. Don’t do anything that could be seen as “cheating”. Press will be looking for something like that. Refer to your website but don’t say name — they’ll find it.

7. Try not to have a cob on or, if you are grumpy, say why, e.g. I’m bloody tired, hungry etc.

:? Maybe the dumb bitch can't read?

I think we know she can't... she certainly has no idea how to spell Garden, so her reading skills prob' stop at "look spot look, see jane run".

They should stop calling her the ex Miss England and change it to the current Miss Ingerland - she's bound to be impressing all the knuckle-dragging racist football-fan thugs after all!

Crowd ban on Big Brother eviction

There will be no crowds outside the Celebrity Big Brother house for the eviction show, Channel 4 has confirmed. Viewers will decide the future of Shilpa Shetty and fellow housemate Jade Goody in the C4 reality TV show later. It follows the furore which erupted after alleged racist abuse aimed at the Indian actress by Goody and others. Profits made from calls made during the telephone vote will be donated to charities nominated by the contestants taking part in the series.

"Over the past few days, Celebrity Big Brother has generated an intense and, at times, heated public debate which the evicted housemate will be unaware of," Channel 4 said in a statement. "As a result, Channel 4 and [production company] Endemol have taken the decision to conduct tonight's eviction in front of a studio audience and without a crowd."

Karen Fenelon, 33, from London had a ticket and was planning to attend the broadcast."Tonight would have been the best one. You couldn't have got a better day than today," she said. Goody is currently 1/33 favourite to be evicted, according to bookmakers William Hill. Shetty's odds stand at 10/1. "I think they should have let her face the audience though," said Ms Fenelon. "She was made on Big Brother."

Channel 4 has also cancelled a post-eviction press conference, to allow the evicted housemate to be fully briefed on the race row before facing the media. Inside the house, Goody has insisted she "didn't say Shilpa Poppadum in a racial way" and that she does not judge people "by the colour of their skin".

Viewers have accused Goody, who rose to fame in the non-celebrity version of Big Brother in 2002, as well as former S Club 7 singer Jo O'Meara, model Danielle Lloyd and Goody's boyfriend Jack Tweed of bullying Shetty. The furore has seen politicians including Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and David Cameron drawn into the row, while 35 MPs have signed a motion condemning the programme, although Channel 4 has stood by it. Speaking on a trip to India, Gordon Brown said: "There is a lot of support for Shilpa. It is pretty clear we are getting the message across. Britain is a nation of tolerance and fairness."

what a bastard disgrace! The whole thing's now a shambles and I was really looking forward to seeing her eviction and interview after. PAH!

That's just totally wrong  I was looking forward to this too like a kid going into a sweetshop.

They're actually rewarding the fat slag for her behaviour by not letting her walk out into that, and I think it's a huge mistake on their part.

One thing they can't do and that's control the people that will be around the studio, and I'm sure there's going to be a bit of a crowd. Unfortunately we won't be able to see any of that unless news channels pick it up, and I'm sure they will because they're absorbed in this whole thing.

Faceless...

There will still be hoards of people there, just not in the studio grounds.

I spoke with my mother who lives not too far from the studios...
She told me about how she was pissed off about the 'bomb scare' yesterday there... she was getting petrol in Tescos & it's close enough that she had to leave her car & walk to a 'safe distance'....

Now she is saying you can't move for media, protesting masses etc...
There are a few Entrances to the studios, but no 'Back Way' out anymore... all the ways she could exit are swarmed with people, loads more to arrive soon.

I recall being suprised at the numbers outside the studios on any given day / night, let alone an eviction when I was in the UK last.
So I expect to hear a lot of noise tonight even from the distance these people will be from the house & the other shows stages.

That was a relief to read. I knew there'd be crowds out there because people are so wound up about this whole thing and you just can't keep people away from something like this when tempers are so flared.

Even if Channel 4 cuts us off from hearing things, the news will be showing loads of stuff, and I'm sure when they whisk her away from the jeering crowds it will all be caught on camera.

I just want to see the look on her mug when she sees what she's up against. I'm sure this will be the biggest shock of her life.

I'll be posting a couple news articles shortly on it in the torrent section. They've just come up on the newsgroup and I'm sure they'll be about the way things are going to be done tonight.

I'm well pissed off that she wasn't given the chance to be eaten alive by the crowd, but hopefully they'll let that happen for Danielle...

I really do think that they fear for Jades safety and that's why there will be no crowd outside...... see DV8's comments about what his mum's gone through already.

I was rather looking forward to seeing the crowd myself, but I'm sure there will be plenty of press over the next few days. It will be interesting, however, to see how Jade's agent or publicist will tell her how to handle her comments. I suspect that we'll be see a much "kindler and gentler" Jade.

As we know, Jade is 3 wheels short of a bus... a basket short of a picnic... etc.. etc...

What her agent / publicist will tell her will either go over her head higher than the space station in orbit or it will enrage her & cause more shit to spew from her trap...

Jade is too full of herself & too proud of her antics that she will boast about arguments & the like.

She got her quasi-fame for being this way in the first place, I feel that in her own mind that "It worked once, it will work again" & that I hope will be the very end of Jade Goody.

You guys are so far ahead of me on this stuff! LOL! I'd never heard of most of those people until the show started. And I'm sure if you ask me fiver years from now who Jade Goody was, I'll likely have forgotten.

I read on a message board where someone posted: "Will there be a police safe house for Jade and her family?"

To which another poster replied:
"Saddam's bunker is free!" :nyer:

Jade: I disgust myself
By SARA NATHAN
and TOM WELLS
January 20, 2007

BULLY Jade Goody was kicked out of Big Brother last night — and confessed she was “disgusted” with her vile attacks on rival Shilpa Shetty. The dimwit, who sparked worldwide outrage with her sick taunts, left the house in eerie silence after panicking BB bosses banned crowds. Squirming Jade was then shown clips of her four-letter tirades at Bollywood babe Shilpa, 31.

Her first response was: “Oh my God, that’s pretty intense.” She then denied being a racist, insisting: “If I was a racist I wouldn’t have ate food that Shilpa cooked. I wouldn’t have ate chicken curry.” Under gentle questioning from host Davina McCall, she eventually apologised. She said: “In all honesty I am disgusted with myself witnessing what I have seen. I do not approve of the words that came out of my mouth or any of my actions. I’m sincerely sorry to anyone I’ve offended out there or in here.”

She said: “I’m not a racist person at all but looking at that film I can see I look like a complete and utter nasty and small person — and one of those people that I don’t like at all myself. I said those things and they were nasty but no, I’m not a racist, I’ve never ever been known as a racist — to judge people by the colour of their skin or anything. People can come from other nationalities and they are actually different." She added: “It’s gone absolutely everywhere. I cannot justify myself.“

TV bosses had desperately tried to salvage Jade’s battered reputation. She was given a carefully stage-managed exit after an overwhelming 82 per cent of the public voted for her to go. Davina McCall — who shares the same agent as disgraced Jade, and BB spin-off hosts Dermot O’Leary and Russell Brand — ensured she had an easy path out of the house. She escaped any form of grilling as Davina warmly greeted her. Jade, who had sparked a record 41,000 complaints with her sick antics, walked out of the house unfazed by the fact there was no crowd. As Davina posed her a series of gentle questions, she insisted: “It’s nasty. But I’m not a racist person at all. What I said wasn’t thought-out, but it was said in a cruel and nasty way. I’m not a racist and I sincerely hold my hand up and I apologise. I’m a mum. I’ve got two kids. I don’t approve of any of the words that came out of my mouth.” After she had watched the global media reaction to her bullying of Shilpa, Jade said: “I didn’t dignify myself.”

Earlier in the house, after Jade was told of her eviction, she said: “I feel like I’m at a funeral. I just wanna go. I don’t want to cry. I’m a p***k. I don’t know why I put myself back in here. What a p***k. I hate this.” Meanwhile, Shilpa locked herself in the toilet and wept. Big Brother’s live coverage suggested Jade was briefed about the scandal before leaving the house. Large chunks of the live feed before she was kicked out were cut — and viewers were not able to see the live eviction itself. After an ad break, producers cut straight to the aftermath of Jade’s departure. Jade had sickened the nation with her bullying of Shilpa. She branded her “Shilpa Poppadum” and swore at her to f*** off back to the “slums”.

The shamed star left the house without a single boo or hiss after fans were banned from the BB compound. Model Danielle Lloyd, who had joined in with Jade’s bullying, hugged her. Fellow crony Jo O’Meara cried after hearing the result. The former S Club singer realised there was no noise coming from fans, and sobbed: “Why is it so quiet?” Jade struggled to hold back tears, and hinted she’d had an early warning about the crowd ban. She nodded and told Jo: “I know why.” The studios in Elstree, Herts — normally packed with fans on eviction night — fell into a deathly hush as Davina read out the result. Dozens of security guards patrolled the empty area where the show’s crowds usually gather. Instead of cheering fans, the only people on set were a handful of photographers and TV news crews.

Jade’s boyfriend and fellow housemate Jack Tweedy went to bed early after she was booted out of the house. He hardly spoke a word to anyone — then tucked himself up under his duvet and laid there with his eyes open. Meanwhile Shilpa’s worried mum was taken ill with stress — and forced to cancel a trip to Britain. Doting Sunanda Shetty, 55, was due to fly from Mumbai to be close to her bullied daughter. But the race-row uproar brought on a last-minute health scare — and she and Shilpa’s sister Shamita were forced to back out of the nine-hour flight.

Last night it looked like Jade’s fellow bully Jo had blown her chance of a pop comeback. She had lined up her first gig in years at the famous G-A-Y nightclub. But owner Jeremy Joseph has been appalled by her behaviour and is asking clubgoers if he should pull the plug on next month’s show. Bookies were hit for hundreds of thousands by Jade’s eviction. More money was placed on her being booted out in the past 24 hours than on any contestant before. She was 100-1 ON. A Ladbrokes spokesman said: “Jade is the most hated housemate in the history of the show.” Punters were so sure that Jade would be booted out in the head-to-head vote with Shilpa, that one person in Newcastle bet £7,300 — and won just £212.

s.nathan@the-sun.co.uk

------------------

I read also that she got about 82% of the vote - which means Sezer still remains as the most hated person ever. That just goes to show that a good proportion of the British (most likely English) public think she was right to say what she did....

Great wee cartoon there eh? haha
