I'd stay off the chilli for a week if I thought it would get new people in - but it seems even half the members who come every day can't be bothered posting... the lazy arses.
Maybe I'll try being lazy too and stop doing the soaps - then they'll have no reason to come and we can start fresh, like with clean underwear!
I've belonged to other forums in the past, tried participating, but it usually doesn't go anywhere because it can be quite "clique-ish." This site is so awesome because everyone is welcoming, and you can express your opinion with getting completely flamed.

The Couch Rocks!!
I think you meant 'without' getting completely flamed?

Oops, yes, indeedy! Sorry, on a lot of meds at the moment. Will explain in another post!
I agree with Kezza, some boards are very hard to enjoy because you can post and post and either people will ignore you or they critic every word you write. This board is one in a million !!!

You're right Gas! I'm not a big chat room/forum kind of person-- I've found them to be rather impersonal, "clique-ish" (as kezza mentioned) plus I always feel that I have to watch what I say. On the Couch, I know that I'm with friends and can really chat without worrying about someone's getting upset with something I say. Honestly, I talk to all of you guys here far more that I do with my friends. Nobody cares how much money I make, what I look like, what kind of car I drive, etc.-- one of the few places that I've felt liked for being me.
