EE: Honey and Petal Spoiler

Post by Skylace »

DISTRAUGHT Honey Mitchell tries to smother her baby daughter in a new EastEnders shocker.
Honey (Emma Barton) is trying to come to terms with Petal?s Down?s syndrome.
And viewers will see the young mum sink to her lowest point next month.
She stands over the tot and struggles to stop herself from smothering the baby before she flees Walford in torment.
An insider said: ?All the emotions that Honey has been struggling with come to a peak and she just has this urge to smother Petal.
?Of course she knows it?s wrong, but everything has been piling on top of her. She just manages to stop herself in time, but is so horrified that she runs away. Hubby Billy is then forced to go and search for his wife. He tracks her down and resorts to desperate measures to kick-start her maternal instincts.?
The source added: ?Billy leaves Petal by a canal all alone and Honey sees her and has to rush and save her.?
An EastEnders spokeswoman said: ?We never comment on storylines.
This will be a Good time to SHOW Everyone that Honey and Billy can Act and are not rubbish as other people on OTHER forums are saying they are RUBBISH actors which is NOT true.
_______________

I can't say I'm surprised they are going this route. But still, what a sad storyline

I'm not really surprised either, Sky. I rather wondered whether or not they'd do something like this. Sadly, though I think this sort of thing happens more often than we'd like to think, and possibly it will help someone out there who feels the same way.

That's a very good point. I know on their website and after the shows they will have announcements if people need help with the subject addressed. I really hope it does help some out there also.

According to her own profile:
Emma reckons that she's a bit like her character Honey and admits to being a bit clumsy.

I wonder which bit she's like?
