Oops...not to worry though, Spurs! You can get back to where you need to be this week. I've fallen a few times but overall, I have lost 10 lbs since New Year....even managing a 2lb loss during birthday week last week!! :-)

Which reminds me...Face - happy belated Birthday wishes to you. Hope you had a good one!

same to you Twirls, I remembered on Sunday, but it was already too late, then I forgot to say something again!

I put it down to aging... haha

Encouraging words, Twirls! I am trying to be extra special good for the remainder of the week and work out twice as much, so...We will see... And Happy Belated Birthday.

Thanks Ladies!

@Face - I know what you mean about that aging thing. I swear I get so distracted by things these days. It's like I'm getting late-onset ADHD. Is there such a thing??

Ok, I in no way, shape or form advocate losing weight by eating what I ate last week and my very little exercise, but instead of crying at the scale this morning, I was laughing....like a maniac! I lost 1.2lbs!! Crazy...

That happens to me sometimes as well, Spursfan. I think your body holds on to fat when you restrict your calories and then when you consume more it says 'oh okay I'm not starving!' Just my opinion - I don't have any scientific facts to back this up. :-)

Makes sense to me! I will not, however, be using that approach this week!

Hey SpursFan, hope it is going well and was going to post the pre-long haul exercises here as I thought of you when I stumbled on them today.

PS

here's a 7-minute workout for anyone

Thanks gordonrussel. This looks good - I watched a documentary about HIIT and this fits into that. I am going to try it!

Well, it's useful in a morning when you don't have much time but I think to get real benefit you have to do it at least twice, probably 3 times.
