Lucy is terrible (I just want to scream, "Eat something you scrawny little girl!").

Ian's psychotic break is interesting for him - no doubt will work to Ben's/Phil's advantage.

Lucy is no angel for sure, but she is now the only adult(ish) Beale that has any sense. She did the wrong things for the rights reasons, imho.

Advantage Mitchell - no doubt. Anything that Ian says now will be chalked up to a unhinged mind. He could give an entire account and no one would believe him.

He came out as gay/bi to Christian, tried to smother Pat with a pillow when she was in hospital, tried to get it on with Stacey, then finally left Walford in, yes, thats right, a black cab!

I do too. He's not my favorite character by far but he does receive a lot of hard knocks (not all of them his fault either). And how scared he must be

Okay, am I the only one who is finding Lucy's reaction to all this not only out of character but just plain stupid?

Not only would she notify the police but what is all this about Bobby being sent into foster care? He has a mother, Jane and Lucy is close to Jane. Not only would she have called Jane shortly after this had happened but Bobby would be going with her (or Jane would come to Walford) None of this stupid stuff about the family being split, etc.

I know Adam needed a vacation and that this storyline is for that but I think this has been poor writing!

And aren't there any adults on the square that would check in on a kid on her own, no matter what story she told about where her father was? Doesn't Jane check in? Why hasn't Tanya called Jane to say "Hey, with Ian gone, do you want me to check in on Lucy and Bobby?"

Exactly! I mean, Jane is first off as nosy as they come and Dot would have gotten wind of this by now as well. Then there's Christian, Jane's own brother. Seriously. I can't find any of this dramatic and terrible because it's just plain stupid.

Who ever did I want to smack them up side the head! She was a pointless character before and she still is! I see no reason for her to back at all!
