It boggles the mind. It sounds to me that it's simple bullying tactics. They are hoping that they will make it more difficult for these homeless people in a hope that they will move to another town/area.

I am glad she is gone as well. While it wasn't the voice that got to me it was just her. She came across as being this doe-eyed innocent but you can tell she is anything but.

Oh vey! I have had a similar situation in the past Spurs! I sent my gas bill to the wrong place! What a nightmare!
