Let's hope the neo-cons don't twist this to say that since the Iranian/Persian people are so great we have to help them over-throw their government.
Did I miss the slide which mentioned the democratic elections in Iran ?
It did mention the ex-king though.
Is this subtle propaganda ?
Please someone tell me I am not being paranoid about this glitzy and time consuming production. |

This video was made by Iranians living in diaspora in USA and is a reaction against that ridiculous movie ' 300'. |

That movie 300 was v. much propaganda / demonisation of Iranians, including using computer animation to make the Iranians look non-human. I refused to go to see it in the movies.
I just wish the youtube clip also covered the democratic aspect of the country (having overthrown the US puppet/dictator, recovering from a western inspired invasion by Iraq etc.). I am also not a monarchist, so wouldn't advocate bringing back the King. They could have also emphasised that Ahmadinejad was mis-quoted. |
