much slowness

I'm sure most of you will have noticed that the site's been going pretty slow at times recently - I've contacted the company and they tell me that the name servers aren't correct and that I should contact the site registrant... but it's through them that I registered. Typical.
Hopefully they'll sort it soon.

ok, I've finally got them to sort things out, but with it being the DNS it could mean that the site will be unreachable at different points around the world over the next couple of days.
Hold on to your hats...

I'm sure most of you will have noticed that the site's going slow again - the company haven't replied to my supoprt ticket, but considernig their own homepage is running just as slow I'm guessing they're not back from their holidays yet.
It should be sorted tomorrow.

Also, the site colors won't change either. I used to have purpletabs, but it stays to the light blue color.
