That was astounding. At first I thought it was a sketch or something, but after I realised it was a real occurance... wow.
They must have been stooges, sent in to stage a walkout, because what he was saying wasn't even controversial - that is exactly what NY is (and I know someone from NY, who says the same!)

That was weird for sure. I too thought it was part of the skit. I didn't see what they got upset about. It was said in perfect context....lol

Their protest backfired somewhat, too, since there's a ton of new interest in Mike Daisey after he posted this video. I'd never heard of him, and now I'm hunting for some full mp3s of his monologues!
