X Factor supremo Simon Cowell worked with The Sun to get 21 of pop's biggest stars taking part in the recording, which opens with vocals by Leona Lewis.
Robbie Williams was reunited for the first time on record with ex-Take That pals Gary Barlow and Mark Owen.
There are also contributions from Rod Stewart, Mariah Carey, Cheryl Cole, Jon Bon Jovi, Susan Boyle, JLS, Westlife, Michael Buble, Joe McElderry and Kylie Minogue.
The track was recorded in London and LA.
