listening now - he just said 'liberals like us'. That's quite something considering he's always pointing out that he's not a liberal. That comment could come back to haunt him.

Ha! I never caught that slip. It's odd that he'd take that stand, though. He certainly isn't a conservative and he has the backbone to stake out a position other than the middle of the road.

Due to the connection he's on, HQ/LQ may not make much difference. But you're welcome to use it all the same. At least "Efaye's" (sp?) voice comes though quite clearly.

I just finished listening myself. There certainly is a groundswell of 9/11 theorists out there. I hope, if GG has the mettle to persevere, he will be able to turn the debate to more concrete and productive subjects, of which there are many.

No HQ show today. Far as I could tell, either my system fell through an eddy in the space-time continuum or the show was on an hr later than scheduled. If anyone knows Stephen Hawking's e-mail address to help figure out which occurred, that would be much appreciated.

ah well, cheers for trying. It seems as if it wasn't on anyway - the WBAI archive page has it listed, but the file is from Democracy Now. No bad thing all the same...

I did catch the 1st 5 minutes, and GG said that for the month of July, the show would be an hr later. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like you can d/l the show that's supposed to follow (World Music). And the intro sounded interesting too. (Murdoch)

GG was connected through Skype this time. The sound was ok, but there was quite of bit of echo from the room he was in.

I guess there's always next week...
