Big Brother "news"

So with every housemate ripe for the picking you overwhelmingly chose Nikki to leave the Big Brother house. How could you?

The other housemates were as astounded as I was. The bookies may have had her as their favourite to go but never for one second did I consider the possibility that with all the others to choose from viewers would want to see her leave. After all she has survived so many evictions already I began to think she was immune to them.

Unfortunately for me (as I seem to be alone in my adoration), Nikki and her fellow housemates who have grown to love her, it seems this time Big Brother has no tricks up his sleeves. Despite their certainty that Nikki would either be going next door or on an Australian exchange, it seems she is destined nowhere but Davina's interviewing chair.

She was such a brilliant little character I can't help but think it's a crying shame. The house will definitely be the poorer for her not being there. As even Richard pointed out, it will be so boring. No more tears, no more tantrums, no more evil little looks, no more moping and no more flirting with Petee. Now Petie will have nowhere to turn but manipulative Aisleyne's arms.

In retrospect her eviction seems inevitable however. By putting the whole house (except Jane) up for eviction the producers were practically pushing one of the loudest characters out the door. When faced with so many possibilities viewers seem incapable of looking beyond the 'biggest' characters. People who are so boring they become forgettable are just that, so nobody wastes their money on them. This leaves the loudest in the firing line. And, well Nikki was definitely the loudest.

Once again I can't help but point the finger at the producers for making another error. Nikki is a huge loss from the house and despite their decision I think viewers will miss her, I know I will.

That's the thing about going on a show like this. If you've done anything sordid in your past it will surely come back to bite you....and it looks like it has in her case although I've not watched it.

She was worried about her family seeing her snogging Sezer. Bet they're in bits now with this coming about

The boyfriend is a complete scumbag for putting this out to the public. Some people will do anything to get their name in the press or a few extra quid in their wallet. I think this makes him look worse

He is a scumbag for putting that out to the public if it was without her persmission. If so, I hope it's revealed who exactly HE is, to serve as a warning to all future girlfriends!

yeah, it is the act of a piece of shit for sure. Now that everyone knows he's so untrustworthy who's gonna want anything to do with him?

I saw the video myself and it felt like an invasion of her privacy (as opposed to proper porn where they've consented to having it shown in public!).

I don't know how bad it is but I'm quite sure if it was something done personal as faceless said then it wasn't meant for anyone elses eyes but theirs. I'm also sure she'd not give permission to have it put on the net for all to see since she didn't want her family to see her snogging Sezer or have sex in the house.

If she did approve it then she's pretty calculating and begging for bad press, but I think the odds on that are pretty slim.

A lot of people make the mistake of trusting a boyfriend and I think it to be moronic. I wouldn't care if I was married to someone, they'd never get me in that situation of having dodgy pics of videos to hold over my head if things got nasty. She's young and obviously didn't think ahead.

NIKKI: Her departure was a ridiculous decision. I'll miss her mental frustration. Her ridiculous reaction to having to worship Susie is one of the true highlights of this Big Brother. She'll be sadly missed.

JAYNE: She has really livened things up in the House. Jayne is raucous, unreconstructed and raw. Doesn't check herself, ever. Whether it's belching, or sucking up spilt wine with a straw from the lawn, she's unashamed. Most people when they spill wine consider that wine to be well and truly gone. But not Jayne. She is fantastic and, of all the housemates, most like that lame rat which invaded the house this week-well, at least in terms of gutter dwelling, anyway.

AISLEYNE: Other than Jayne, the rest of the housemates have become her underlings. It's almost tribal ? when she cries, they flock to her. Her position should be unassailable, and she's a strong bet to be there right until the end. Saying that, I've never seen anyone who looks so tasty with make-up on (left) and so plain without it. It's almost like her jaw drops off. You can imagine the shock on the face of her ex-lover Mike Tyson ? I went to bed with a babe, what's this I've woken up with?

MIKEY: Finally got a bit animated ? over the rat. Had a confrontation with Richard, which I reckon is really a confrontation with his own latent homosexuality. I mean, he still hasn't taken care of the Imogen issue-what on earth is wrong with the lad?

GLYN: Went totally primeval over the rat. Wanted it dead no matter what anyone said. He was back in the mountains in Wales bringing down stags for a second there. In his mind there was an opportunity for killing and he wanted it bad. Glyn has got a lot of pent-up sexual energy and the lame rat was lucky not to get it in the form of violence.

SUSIE: I like her now? she's given me gags for my show. Her attractive snootiness is amazing when you consider that outside the house, she flashes her bits for a quid in a dingy boozer.

MICHAEL: Hardly a sparkling intellectual ? fits too easily into the role of Aisleyne's underling. I just can't see what he's going to bring to this particular party.

SPIRAL: A terrible advert for teetotalism?he just can't interact with the others when they've had a few. I'm sick of his constant auditions for a record deal. His raps are cr*p, too. They sound like a thinly veiled prelude to a sex attack. He's like a Third World Eminem ? which is saying something given that Eminem came from a trailer park.

RICHARD: He still irritates the hell out of me. He's so condescending and reckons he can talk knowledgably on any subject ? like Fletch to Godber in Porridge. Got a rampaging superiority complex.

IMOGEN: Still stunningly gorgeous. Had a quiet week smooching around with Mikey, though. I just wish Imogen (left) would just get on and have sex with him before my prediction proves correct...and Richard sweet-talks the Scouser into the sack instead.

JENNIE: I really hope she ends up having it off with Glyn. My favourite Jennie moment was Nikki's accusation that she'd "nicked her personality" because she was singing by the pool. Best hope for her is a love-in with the Welsh lad.

PETE: It was good to see him defending the lame rat. And Pete (left) still has this Midas touch when it comes to women. But it's a poison chalice. Could it be that Nikki has gone because of his interest in her? Is it the case that you're doomed if you receive his affections? Watch this space...

I agree with Russell in that Nikki's eviction was a ridiculous decision. But it's over and done with so that's that unfortunately.

I kind of agree with his take on Jayne as well. As much as I am turned off by her belching, I do think she has livened things up in the house. For better or worse. Make of that what you will. She can be outrageously funny, totally obnoxious and I just can't imagine her in the workplace -- anywhere!

I really hope Aisleyne won't be there til the end but she stands a good chance. I just laughed out loud about his comment on her looks without make up and with it on. I've thought the same thing. I think she's so pretty when she's all done up but it's another story when she just wakes up, or doesn't have any make up on. Her eye brows are so over tweezed as well that they are only half the normal length until she pencils them in.
As far as her dating Mike Tyson -- she must be desparate to get attention and publicity because he's a convicted rapist and wife beating mental case!

Nikki confessed she struggles to control her emotions in the outside world. She also lifted the lid on her obsessive compulsive disorder.

She says she refused to sit on the toilet seat or drink tap water because of her obsession with germs and admitted: "I have underlying history. I'm obsessive about things."

Nikki also revealed she suffered from eating disorder anorexia as a teenager and weighed just three stone at the age of 15. But she reckoned going on the show was part of her recovery.

"I was in it to put my bad experiences behind me," she said. "I wanted to do something good and achieve something huge.

"And I've had one of the most amazing experiences of my life."

It's really been obvious this year that TPTB deliberately picked people with issues and then went about exploiting them to bring about certain reactions and group dynamics. Sure to a certain extent, that's a part of creating the show and putting in a mix of personalities in hopes they clash. However it really is another story when people have deeply rooted problems and I really hope she and some of the others like Shahbaz can cope on the outside world after this experience.

I am glad he sees her being in the house till the end and I think she deserves it. She's been slagged off for no reason at all and seems to be everyones whipping boy. It really sickened me the hypocrisy both Nikki and Jayned showed towards her and are the poster children of that word.

She did everything she could to make amends with her and as usual Nikki and Jayne smiled in her face whilst stabbing her in the back. I think that pretty much sums up what they're about.

I think Imogen and Mikey are the biggest bores in the house so far and add nothing at all to the show. If either of them left it wouldn't make a bit of difference because they're like non entities and it's been that way since week one.

As far as Spiral goes, I agree he couldn't rap if someone did it for him. He sounds ridiculous and it gets on my nerves, but other than that he seems like a pretty solid character. He just needs to get it through his head he hasn't a snowballs chance in hell with asslene and move on to playing the game.

I realised that Ash is even more conscious of how she is portrayed. And something good has come out of it. She's finally stopped sucking her thumb with her legs spread open.
