I thought the social worker stuff was all a bit over the top too. I mean it isn't like their house was a dangerous tip. I actually used to do wellness checks with Social Services when I was interning. I was in homes with dirt floors and chairs I was scared to sit down on. This has just been silly.
My colleague is a social worker, who used to do these visits for our Children's Aid Society and the stories she's told me would curl your hair. Granted Lola might need some sort of intervention and supervision, I think taking the baby was over the top.
That's exactly my thoughts. They wouldn't just take the kid away because the house was a bit messy and there was a complaint against her. Not to mention they would have more then likely left the baby in Billy's care since he is the grandfather.
Oh I know...but I figured that everyone else had figured it out from the start. I am always the gullible one....We probably shouldn't have believed her from the moment the words came out of her mouth. Makes perfect sense now...she picked the most powerful person on the square and connected Lexi to him. She may be a lot of things, but Lola is not stupid.
