				| It's not so  much the mushiness, it's when someone thinks it's ok to put it raw on a pizza and grill it, for that wonderful vegetarian pizza, or beware of the mushroom and aubergine on a stick barbecue offering. |

Same here, although I salted the heck out of one before I used it in a casserole once, and it wasn't too bad. |
