				The recipe for Salmon

1/2 cup beer ....I used Corona

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 Tbs minced onion

1 Tbs chopped cilantro

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tsp hot pepper sauce

4 pieces salmon ( about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs )

Combine marinade ingredients. Place salmon filets and marinade in a zip lock bag. Chill 1 hour.

Remove salmon from marinade and grill over medium heat until fish is done, about 5 mins on each side for 1/2 inch thickness.

and on the grill

I served with Garlic mashed pots and aspargus and my salsa

If anyone doesn't remember Aja - she was a founder member of the original Couch, way back in the dusty regions of 2004... haha

That does sound a nice meal for sure - I've never thought about adding garlic to mash, but I'll give it a go... mash + X being my staple of course. |
